Blind Trust Walk

Hi Ballers! Warning: this is a Snowball Activity for the Adventurous.

One person will be the “Navigator,” the other will be “Follower.” Find

something to serve as a blindfold for the Follower to put on.

Once the blindfolded partner is ready, slowly spin the person around a few

times so that they are unsure which direction they are headed.

From this point on, the navigator should not touch the partner at all, but rely

solely on verbal cues (e.g. “About five steps ahead, there is a branch. Step

over it slowly.”)

Have the follower touch things… lead them to cool places and have them

guess where they are.

After about 10 minutes, switch…

What did it feel like? Are you a trusting person? How does this relate to

your experience in life? On the Snowball? Go!
